One more tree, one more life
This activity has become a beautiful tradition whenever Spring arrives. The program was expected to be carried out before Tet but it was postponed due to the influence of Covid-19 epidemic.
Right from the beginning days of the new year, thousands of trees were planted, which was considered as the most beautiful and vivid symbol of new life and the harmonious connection between man and nature. For that reason, the students in blue shirts from Hanoi University of Home Affairs and also as members from Book Club in company with the Youth Union from Riverside Hamlet, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City planted green trees as sowing the hope seeds.

Green seeds as hopes planted by the Book Club members
It took over 1 hour to reach the intended destination under the welcome of the Youth Union. Everyone was divided into small groups to start working. Since there was no soil here, the male students had to go down far to carry each sandbag while female ones sanded and planted the trees. Looking at the newly planted trees, they smiled happily. Watered cool water streams, the planted trees were reaching out to grow up. This was considered as a considerable achievement that the Book Club members constituted today.
Having a discussion with Youth Union at Riverside Hamlet that due to the influence of the Covid-19 epidemic before Tet, the Book Club sent a representative to raise 7 million VND to contribute to buying gifts for the people here under the program "Spring of Love" . Though this amount was not much, it was the love and heart of the Book Club members with the hope of partly sharing difficulties with them.
