Hanoi University of Home Affairs organized a fact-finding visit for its students at the enterprise. With the aim of helping students experience reality, understanding the needs and recruitment practice by employers, orienting their future careers as well as introducing them job opportunities, the students had a chance of visiting and experiencing the working environment, culture and reality at the business during their fact-finding trip.

As part of a series of cooperation programs with businesses, on January 9th, 2021, the Faculty of Human Resource Management, the Human Resource Management Club and the Information and Communication Group under Hanoi University of Home Affairs held a fact-finding visit for their students at International Education Cooperation Development Joint Stock Company (in My Dinh, Hanoi).
With the aim of helping students experience reality, understanding the needs and recruitment practice by employers, orienting their future careers as well as introducing them job opportunities, the students had a chance of visiting and experiencing the working environment, culture and reality at the business during their fact-finding trip.

Also, they had Ms. Lan train about the skills needed such as real entrepreneurial skills, eloquence skills, management skills, teamwork skills, 10-finger typing skills, corporate communication skills and so on.
In addition, the two sides also agreed to closely cooperate in training, scientific research and knowledge transfer. In the new year of 2021, the company will accompany and coordinate with the Hanoi University of Home Affairs and the Faculty of Human Resource Management to train and receive them for internships at enterprises during the time they were studying at the university with the aim of  creating the best conditions for them.

In his speech, Mr. Tinh said higher education in Vietnam had been growing rapidly over the past years in such many aspects as training scale, training types, training branches and so on, but the quality of graduates had not yet to met the expectations and needs of enterprises. Therefore, Hanoi University of Home Affairs in general and the Faculty of Human Resource Management in particular always focused on cooperating with businesses and employers with the hope of bringing many job opportunities for students.

Meanwhile, he would like to express his sincere thanks to the company for facilitating his students to visit the working environment, especially to the company leaders who had spent their valuable time training them in line with the spirit of the trip "Business integration: Future steps and shoulder to shoulder with the country".
