In the coming time, she recommended it to focus on performing the following tasks:
First, it is necessary to create consensus and high consensus on ideology when implementing the project for the merger of Hanoi University of Home Affairs into the National Academy of Public Administration. There is also a need to determine that it is an important task to meet the inevitable trend, to create new motivations and opportunities and try to utilize all resources to build a special training environment for the country after the merger.
Second, it must be prepared thoughtfully, elaborately and solemnly for the 50th anniversary of the traditional day (December 18, 1971 - December 18, 2021).There is a focus of emulation - commendation to honor outstanding collectives and individuals while the University should prepare for the opening ceremony of the new school year 2021-2022 in accordance with the current COVID-19 pandemic.
Third, a contingent of lecturers with solid political spirit, ethical qualities, professional capacity, dynamism and creativity must continue to be trained and fostered to meet current trends. It is necessary to research and advise the competent authorities on the mechanism to utilize talents as well.
Fourth, the innovation of teaching methods in the direction of modernity must continue to be researched to create quality educational products which aim to meet practical requirements. At the same time, with the linkage of scientific research and the labor market will step up the trend of multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary training as well as focus on improving core specialties.
Fifth, the issue of internationalization combined with digital transformation needs to continue to be concerned to make a better breakthrough.
